Why the Summit is different

Most conferences sell their stage. We do not.

North Capital underwrites the Summit so that participation is governed by expertise and contribution rather than sponsorship. Every panelist has earned a place on the stage, and every attendee belongs in the room. There is no admission fee and no cost to attend beyond your travel.

The result is a focused, high-signal day among professionals who do the work, not a vendor showcase.

The day

Substance and connection, in a single day

A single, well-paced day built around two things conferences rarely deliver together: substantive content and genuine connection.

Practitioner-led panels

Sessions led by the people who run the businesses rather than paid headliners, with candid discussion of what is actually working across distribution, technology, and regulatory matters.

Curated networking

Dedicated time to connect with peers, sponsors, and the North Capital team, structured so the right introductions happen rather than left to chance.

The MarketplaceNew this year

A midday session where attendees can easily connect with various service providers in the space. This saves hours of phone calls and allows participants to connect face-to-face.

Evening reception

A relaxed close to the day with cocktails, light fare, and live music for quality networking. Enjoy the outdoor space and take the "train" around the grounds for the best sunset views of Salt Lake City.

Panels

The forces reshaping private markets

This year’s program centers on how private markets raise, operate, and scale. Topics include:

Distribution

Building and scaling a retail and advisory distribution strategy, the Summit’s enduring focus.

Digital Distribution

How tokenization and digital infrastructure are changing the way private assets are issued, held, and transferred.

AI in Capital Formation

Practical applications across fundraising, investor operations, and back-office efficiency.

Regulatory Outlook

What is changing, what is coming, and how to stay ahead of it.

Interested in joining a panel? We build our panels around practitioners with something real to share. To be considered as a speaker, express your interest.
